We provide specialist transport solutions for companies such as Bosch, Neff, Siemens.

1. Collection and Delivery will take place within 7 working days from job acceptance.
2. Acceptance is regarded as being after the deposit has been paid to Anyvan.
3. Payment should be made by by Cash on delivery unless otherwise agreed.
4. Collection and Delivery appointments are given from the office and no dates should be assumed.
5. No appointment is confirmed until you have been contacted by the office.
6. Collection and Delivery appointments are given as AM or PM, no timed deliveries will be given.
7. Items for delivery should be labelled at time of collection.
8. We hold goods in transit insurance up to a level of £10000.
9. To make a damage claim the damage must be pointed out at the time of delivery, no damage pointed out afterwards will be accepted.
10. All items for delivery should be suitably packaged for transport otherwise no claims for damage will be accepted.
11. Any cancellations made after acceptance will be subject to a 10% administration charge.
12. We reserve the right to refuse to take on any job without explanation.
