MCT are based in West Yorkshire and have been in operation for the last nine years. As well as working alongside some large transport companies we work for the individual, giving you peace of mind that once your goods have been collected they are in safe hands up to the point of delivery. We build ourselves on customer service working with you you at all times, so wether its a pallet a rubbish removal or a bedside lamp we are here to help. I sent the driver the exact dimensions of the chest as per the auction house. His communication up to the point of collection was outstanding. On the day of ciollection I received an email rejecting the job as he said it was too big.....?? I was not impressed very unprofessional. He would not take any calls from me after the email. I have had dealings with anyvan.com and the service was brilliant. Very disappointed with Mr Croot would not recommend him! |

Would like to say it was a pleasure to deal with Martin. He kept us well informed all the way through our delivery, and although traffic jam was his biggest problem he still delivered on the due day. He was very helpful. |

Martin was really helpful from start to finish - great communication, eager to help and to accommodate the specialist nature of the items and sourcing some extra helpers to manage the loading. He gave me accurate eta before leaving the pickup address and called again on the way. On arrival he negotiated our narrow entrance with great care and was smiling, cheerful and friendly. The unloading was done with a minimum of fuss and very professionally. The items were well secured in transit and arrived in perfect condition. All in all I can honestly say it was the smoothest and best removal I have ever had to organize (and I have organized a few!) I would thoroughly recommend and will definitely use Martin again if the need arises. Absolutely first class service. |
