Van arrived 2 hours late with poor communication. Then told me it was 50 an hour when we had agreed 50 pounds one trip. had a ten year old child with him. There was scrapboxes,ovens and washing machines in the back so we woul dhave had to do more then one trip. told me he would do the second trip for 30 if I said nothing being 2 hours late I had no other option. Due to snow then said he wouldnt do the second trip but would the next day. Rang and told me to ring an hour later, then didnt pick up the phone for 2 hours, then told me his van was broke, I asked for him to update me so I could know if there was any chance of the job being done and he didnt pick up for the next two days. I feel extremely let down and frustrated as he left us in a really bad position, we ended up getting someone else but it left us both extremely stressed and upset.
