Just another happy Anyvan customer...(no comment was left, just positive feedback)

After a delay in getting the driver to pick the chair up, I rang him to ask what the problem was.
He told me that he was waiting for the payment and he said that he would now want £50 up front or he would not proceed. I reluctantly paid him and that was the last I heard from him. When I contacted AnyVan they said he had done the same thing to other people too and they were chasing him to repay the money.
To date I have received nothing.

Didn't get forks.
No communication.
Money down the drain.
Google his name, SERIOUS RIPOFF MERCHANT. Am seeking further action.
Anyvan, seriously, strike this guy from your service as others have, drivers like this are not helping your reputation.

NIGHTMARE... Accepted this guy and paid over the odds due to his next working day promise. Collected Wednesday night, waited all day Thursday no sign of it, kept ringing asking him to let me know when I should expect it, promised to ring me back and never did. Friday arrived rang him again as I was leaving for my holidays at 3pm, he said he had just had an email from the deliverers and it was definitely going to be there Friday. 2pm came still no sign off it, rang him for a tracking number and he said he would call back, never did then would not answer the phone to me anymore. Found out that he was using TNT for the delivery, rang them and after 2 hours of trying to track my delivery turns out it was not even due to arrive till the Monday!!!.
Had to then organize with my elderly neighbors to take collection of a 10ft Kayak!!! Guy promised to return half the money and guess what.... that didn't happen either. Hate dealing with these sorts of people and totally regret dealing with this company!!! DO NOT USE!!!!
