About Me
I run a small delivery company aiming to build up my business by providing a reliable, friendly service to the customer. I am based in Leicester but will travel nationwide. I drive a very clean long wheelbase high roof Renault Master that can hold 12.5 cubic metres.
Clarifications:-
- Please ensure that your furniture fits into your delivery property. I'm not insured to remove doors or windows
-It is assumed unless stated otherwise any furniture such as beds or wardrobes that require dismantling to move out of the collection property should be dismantled prior to my arrival.
- Unless prior agreement is made, quotes are based on ground floor to ground floor collection & delivery. Additional costs may be incurred if the property is on upper floors and this hasnt been mentioned
- I appreciate that some itineraries are prepared in advance of packing so I do give some leeway but if the items listed increase substantially this may incur additional costs. Please dont wait until I arrive to tell me you have 40 boxes instead of 10 as I may not have the space.
- Unfortunately due to late and even same day cancellations a charge of 50 % (of the job value) for cancellations or date changes within 72 hours of the agreed date for jobs will be incurred or 100% for same day cancellations.
My payment terms are cash on collection or delivery. If you'd like to pay by PayPal or bank transfer then cleared payment is required 24 hours before collection.
I also have a secure storage facility if you do not require immediate delivery of your items.
Unfortunately passengers can not be taken due to insurance purposes.
Acceptance of my quote accepts my Terms and Conditions.
