I had accepted a quote for the removal of a small upright piano from one house to the second floor of another, I double checked that they were able to transport the piano in an upright position, and they assured me that the piano would be securely fastened and transported upright. On the planned date two men arrived (late) with a hired van which had no ropes, blankets or bubble wrap as promised, they didn't even have a trolly and the van didn't even have a taillift. The two men managed to move the piano by about a foot and then abandoned the job. I texted quite a few times to get my refund back with no success, so now having to go through Anyvan to get my refund back. |

I have accepted his bid and after waiting 48 hours for him to contact me, I have tried to contact him by mail, phone , text. The guy is nowhere to be found. I have now relisted the job and will have to sort out the rest with Any Van on Monday when they will be working. This has caused unnecessary stress. KEEP AWAY FROM HIM !!! |
