Driver did not turn up or let me know the van had broken down in France therefore I was left stranded with no van to move on the day. I rang Anyvan and left a message and they did not come back to me until approx. 3 hours later, they said they were busy. No excuse for not returning my call. I sorted it out myself. Schofields is the name of a fantastic company who did a superb job, very professional. I would not choose this site again as the customer service was appalling. So unprofessional. |

Didn't show up for job - were due at 10am, now 1135 and nothing - have called and emailed but no reply. Ended up having to book someone last minute costing us twice as much. |
