We’ll confirm a 3 hour slot the day prior to a stop. Please ensure you provide the correct contact details for both collection and delivery at the time of booking.

- Carriage - Please note that we are not liable for damages to any items not packed or protected sufficiently. Unfortunately we do not currently provide a wrapping service.
Items can be collected/delivered unwrapped but at your own risk, we will cover them with blankets and they will be strapped in to ensure they are secure during transit.
Please also ensure all large items are dismantled ready for collection as we do not provide a dismantling or assembly service at this time.

- Service - Our vans are stocked with professional equipment: blankets, straps, trolley.
If you need items to be moved up or down any stairs, please indicate and agree prior to booking.
All items are safely stored for you where required. However we aim to complete collection and delivery on the same day where possible.
- Payment - Payment must be made by Bank transfer or PayPal a minimum of 24 hours prior to collection or cash can be paid directly to the driver if agreed at the time of booking.
- Quote - The quote is for 1 crew member, ground to ground floor. (Doesn't include stairs or 2 Porter team unless agreed prior to booking).
