Hi,
I'm in the industry for long time having almost 10 years of very good experience with collecting/delivering goods.
For the job I offer one long wheel base van and myself to help with loading and unloading goods.
My van is equipped with a ramp for the trolley, trolley, straps, tapes, blankets, plastic bags, bungee cords, sat nav etc therefore packaging might be provided if required (no boxes).
Please advice all obstacles on the way while collecting and delivering such as difficult entrance, floor level, narrow entrance.
Also, please specify whether there are any issues with parking space on delivery/collection and if there is anything you can do to resolve it (temporary parking permit or free parking bay).
Please state accurate date and time of collection/delivery.

Mack was great. Arrived when he said he would. He is very polite and friendly. He worked efficiently and carefully, and even rejected the opportunity to sit and relax (we offered a cup of coffee) whilst I carried on packing the van! We didn't feel rushed like some other movers.
