Had to chase for answers. Told clutch needed repair , understandably this happens told it would be done next week. I did ask him to keep me informed as to new pick up date, no information from him. I attempted to contact by tx and tried to call but no joy. received a tx message this morning to say. He is no longer doing van deliveries. Great shame he couldn't be a gent and let me know Its taken a week and a half to get that news.Look out for the name if you want to waste time and a percentage of your booking fee. No way to run a business. This has also left a negative opinion with the seller as i had introduced her to any van .Shame he has given the site a name |
