Communication was lacking, near to the point of being unprofessional. I am aware, as the driver had informed me,in one of his short email responses,that still failed to confirm a date, that the hours are long making communication difficult. However, failing to phone when he would state, failing to confirm a date, asking me when the last available date for collection will be,despite my continued requests for another date as i would have moved house (and countries) which meant having to rely on friends and family to be present on collection day and then not showing up on the last date for collection, showed that this company is not reliable and i will NOT recommend. They have caused me undue stress and i have complained to Anyvan, who were very understanding, refunded and re-listed my post. I had accepted this bid, as they had stated they would be in the country on my preferred date and even though i had read the reviews about the poor communication, i only thought it would be a few days. Instead, i had accepted this bid 25days ago, with no phone calls and only 4 emails back, 2 of which from the courier, the other 2 were automated responses, compared to the 9 emails and 4 phonecalls i had attempted with him. Very poor indeed.

Communication was almost non-existent and collection was NOT made. Courier only contacted the seller once late on a Saturday night (Which was not convenient), and never made another arrangement in over 3 weeks. Left me very disappointed with "Motorcycles" as a courier and ANYVAN as a service. I eventually had to make alternative arrangements as the seller was being put to considerable inconvenience by the delay which tarnishes my reputation. I will wait to see whether ANYVAN communicates with me regarding this feedback before I consider recommending ANYVAN to my associates and whether I use it again.
