Contacted me the night before to check details, sent me a text on the day to say when he was leaving so I had an idea of when he would get to me and could not have been more polite or helpful when he got to me. My parents who he delivered the sofa to, were also very impressed with just how polite and generally pleasant both of them were. My parents are not easily impressed. Would definitely use them again if the need arose. |
