Once bid is accepted we will communicate with you & arrange collection. Full balance is required to be paid once accepted. Please make sure the sizes of your items are as accurate as possible & please label your items so they don’t get left behind or confused with other deliveries!

When you accept a bid Anyvan it will require you to pay a deposit. If bids are accepted without any communication we will contact & establish appropriate collection day for both us and the customer.
EUROPEAN JOBS: TOLLS WILL BE CHARGED SEPERATE FROM INITIAL QUOTE, RECIEPT WILL BE GIVEN ON COMPLETION FOR YOU TO PAY IMMEDIATELY.
Items are collected and delivered by our driver himself, they are kept in his possession at all times until delivered, no 3rd party agents for an overnight parcel service. We are a team of two, I (Kellyy) try to keep in contact as much as possible with customers, introducing us & giving updates when possible, whilst he’s doing all the driving & heavy work.
**Our driver is working alone, so any large or heavy items will require assistance to lift help load/unload.
We have protective straps & blankets to ensure your goods don’t get damaged, we are also covered by goods in transit insurance!
We always aim to complete our deliveries within agreed time.
However, in some circumstances we can’t be held responsible for events beyond our control ( breakdown, accidents, weather conditions, traffic delays, or customer delays etc). If for any reason we are unable to complete your collection/delivery within the specified date/times, then we would contact you immediately and complete our deliveries as soon as possible :)
Extras:
If there happens to be any extra items/boxes, charges may occur for your job, if any these charges aren’t suitable for you, (or if we don’t have room on van) we reserve the right to stick to the planned inventory and take those items on list only - Thanks

To become an Accredited transport provider we ask our users to present one of the following pieces of documentation to further verify themselves.
- Copy of Goods in Transit Insurance certificate
- Company Registration certificate (if applicable)
- UK VAT registration certificate (if applicable)
- Photocopy of Passport
- Drivers licence details

Avoid them like the plague. After having to reschedule my original date for their personal reasons (which I completely understood) they just completely fell apart. At first I was being told random dates as to when my things would be collected and delivered but now they have disappeared off the face of the Earth with £80 of my money. Maybe taking them to court could help? One of their cowboys told me they'd picked up my things but I contacted the company my things were being stored at and they said this never happened. |

Unfortunately this was a stressful experience all round. Something obviously has gone awry behind the scenes but the lack of communication for around 3/4 days makes you fear the worse and the constant chasing exacerbates the frustration. In addition to the 3 missed drop off days I had to wait in for. Eventually communication was resumed after I threatened to go to the police. It shouldn't have to come to this. Please learn from this in the future. Things go wrong, but people will likely accept it if they are communicated to effectively and not misinformed to about drop off days/times. |

DO NOT TAKE THE RISK. It would seem that with this transport provider it can go one of two ways. I unfortunately seem to be one of the negative experiences and it is a shame because it started so well with good communication. To get to the conclusion first, after several attempts at me doing everything I could to arrange delivery, eventually taking a day and evening off work to be in, they didn't show up with my wardrobes and just didn't tell me, they didn't text or call and just dropped off the grid. So I lost money and work and thought my items had been stolen. Next thing I hear, the next day a random courier calls me while I am out to dinner- they have been given my wardrobes by this transport provider and were an hour away. Nobody had asked if I was in or available and so I had to leave my meal out to go and take delivery because it was the only time this new courier could do. This was an awful experience and I advise you NOT TO TAKE THE RISK. This was all after several re arranged delivery dates on their behalf, because a job ran late in London and then because the person who I had arranged to wait in was a "woman and they wouldn't be able to help to lift". All in all, a very stressful and an experience I don't want anybody else to go through. |
