Booked this courier 5 weeks in advance of my move date, job was accepted, emails were exchanged confirming. Then with 2wks to go I messaged him, with no reply. I sent a further 3 emails over the following 10days and tried calling and left a voicemail and heard nothing back. Finally I gave up and rebooked with another courier. I wouldn't have minded at all if they'd just let me know they could no longer do the job, but it was an unwelcome stress a few days before moving day. |
