TERMS AND CONDITIONS :
1) We reserve the right to decline jobs accepted, without inquiry of our availability.
2) If you have more items than stated on your listing and/or if you provide a different collection/delivery address than on your listing then extra charges may be incurred.
3) Please note that the given quote is ground floor to ground floor. We reserve the right to charge an extra £10.00 per flight of stairs per man.
4) Dismantling and reassembling service is at extra charge , unless it was negotiated before job acceptance.
5) If the distance between where the Van is parked, and the entrance to the house or flat is more than 20 meters, we reserve the right to charge an extra £15.00 per man.
6) Please note we are not responsible or liable in any way for loss of income and/or time whatsoever you may have incurred while waiting for us to deliver or collect.
7) If we have to wait more than 30 minutes at either collection or delivery address then a waiting charge of £20.00 per half an hour will be charged.
8) Sometimes traffic delays, motorway closures, vehicle breakdowns, staff illness may result in us not getting to you at the arranged time or even on the arranged day, whilst we will endeavour to keep you fully informed we may due to time restraints have to reschedule your job.
9 )If a job is cancelled at short notice (within 48 hours of the arranged time) a 50% cancellation fee will be incurred.
10) It is your responsibility to check that any item you have purchased will fit into your home or place of work, as there will be a charge for
dismantling and assembling items.
11) It is the customer's responsibility to ensure our removal vans will have space to park or the customer will incur charges.
To become an Accredited transport provider we ask our users to present one of the following pieces of documentation to further verify themselves.
- Copy of Goods in Transit Insurance certificate
- Company Registration certificate (if applicable)
- UK VAT registration certificate (if applicable)
- Photocopy of Passport
- Drivers licence details
