We are an accredited transport provider on AnyVan. Fully insured- Hired and rewards, removals, Goods in transit insurance up to £30000 and FULL Public Liability for curriers and house removals for £1000000.
With offices in UK and Germany and multilingual staff we can cover jobs to any requested destination.
We provide long and short distance transport, dedicated or shared transport and storage services.
'Our bids are based on information on customer's advert, and including all expenses - fuel, road taxes, ferry, insurances etc. , but not included any city charges, they will be added on the top.
'Please note - any custom fees and taxes are NOT included in the price.
'Parking front of collection and delivery points are customer responsibility. Parking fees will be added on the top of agreed price
'Floors, long distance from parked vehicle to collection/delivery point will incur extra charges if are not agreed during the booking process
'All you items will be covered by our insurance, please make sure that they are properly packed. Poorly packed or not packed items are not covered. Antiques are subject to different type of insurance. If you have antiques please arrange your own insurance or advise us in advance and we can arrange for you for extra cost, otherwise they will not be insured
'Damages have to be reported on delivery, otherwise will not be accepted.
'Range of packaging services can be provided on request. Please make sure that packaging service is agreed in advance in written form on AnyVan messaging system or via email.
'Our bids are based on information in customer's adverts. Any changes will be extra charged or will be refused. Please make sure that we are informed in advance for any changes on you inventory list. We plan our loads and our schedule in advance, volume and payload capacities of the vehicles are limited.
'Fees for overweight are customer responsibility and will be added on the top.
'Unarranged waiting time is chargeable, fees start from £45/hour
'Cancelation fees start from 50% of agreed price for job cancelation up to 72 hours before agreed day to 100% for cancelation with 24 hours or on agreed date.

All payments must be cleared before start unloading. Any bank fees are customer's responsibility.

- Company Registration certificate (if applicable)

Amazing Service. I had booked for a move from London to Germany. 5m3 in boxes and a couch table. All my questions were answered professionally on the phone and I felt like the move was in good hands. I had all boxes in the hallway, loading the truck took the guy 15 minutes. A bit more than 24 hours later the stuff arrived in Germany save and sound. I did not sign anything for customs but an inventory that I prepared but it all worked perfectly. Would always recommend and book again. Thank you. |
