This company is a disgrace. We accepted their quote to pick up on Friday to deliver to Somerset Saturday. We had to pay in advance. They never collected, nor did they tell us, which would have given us the chance to find someone else. I was supposed to be sleeping at the house preparing for a photo shoot on the Monday, instead, I had to drive 15 miles to a pub, and after many phone calls I was eventually held to ransom late Sunday pm by a seperate private courier, having to pay £300 cash for Monday delivery.( the original anyvan price was £48) the beds arrived 45mins before the shoot and had to be carried upstairs, assembled and dressed in that time.I have emailed them, but no reply. They are called Lean Logistics. No apologies, no conscience. I still don't have my money back. They are RUBBISH |

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! IT IS A SCAM!! First they ask for the full balance up front then you never hear from them again!! Anyvan know about them and have reported them to the police. |

Avoid! Total scam! very quickly responded first agreeing to ceratin days, then asked to pay the full amount upfront (which I did staright away) and for nearly a week either hungs up the phone or phone turned off, not a single email, asked for a refund but nothing still. Will take him to small claims court. |

He offered me the best quote so I accepted it. He then promptly emailed me asking for the remaining amount to be paid via bank transfer, I did as asked and then he disappeared. He didn't answer calls, emails or texts. After persistently calling him he blocked our numbers. THIS MAN IS SCUM. DO NOT USE. He has cost us over £200 which we will not get back now. We have reported him to the police and they are confident they will get him. COMPLETE BASTARD. |
