Absolutely the best removals I've had, I had so much to clear including a bed and a massive dresser and yet, as I had to work from the other room, I didnt hear a peep. Less than an hour later I go out and it was all done!!! Very polite, very nice, highly highly recommend |

The description and instructions were clear, but the cooperation by the main guy was horrible, the van was too small for the job plus far too old and rusty and left some things smelly, and the driver was constantly complaining about all sorts of things. The couch was never brought up and replaced with other couch, neither was the fridge freezer. We had to do two trips, and majority of the stuff was just brought to the self storage. The other guy was nice though, never complained and was very understanding, and I think if it wasn't for the main dude, the job would have gotten done properly. Some things were never brought down and we had to finish the job ourselves by stuffing our car to the brim when we had only 48 hours to move and do the cleanup, and were both left exhausted by the end of it. In addition we had to leave some of the things behind because there simply wasn't enough space for them in our car. |
