Booked though ANYVAN.com all fine then contacted removal company to arrange date of move which was also fine, then the day before the move i rang them to confirm the time and he said he had no recollection of my booking but would get back to me, which he never did and after calling and texting him all day i had no alternative than to arrange a new removal company at the very last minute...as if moving is not stressful enough! |

DO NOT USE THESE GUYS. They were supposed to pick up some decking boards for me from Wrexham this morning and deliver in Heswall. All agreed and 'in their diary' I double-checked all okay last week and was told no problem. Now they have not collected the boards (and the supplier cannot store them any longer) and they will not return text messages, they have hung-up twice when I called them and now they have turned off their phone. Complete cowboys. Terrible customer service, awful communication and will just let you down. Pick someone else and save yourself the hassle and disappointment. BEWARE.... |
