IMPORTANT GUIDELINES
For single box collections and deliveries the items will only be insured for £20 maximum,if you require extra insurance then it can be arranged by us, it is also up to the client to make absolutely clear that the dimensions and weights are as stated and that they are correctly packaged for transport, should these different to those quoted for there may be a surcharge and administration fee. As we are part of a group it may not be collected or delivered by us and so the payment has to be made prior to the job being booked usually it is next day collection. It is the resposibility of the sender to affix the shipping label and to make sure all goods are correctly stated and correctly packed to withstand the rigors of international transport All claims should be made within thirty days of collection
To become an Accredited transport provider we ask our users to present one of the following pieces of documentation to further verify themselves.
- Copy of Goods in Transit Insurance certificate
- Company Registration certificate (if applicable)
- UK VAT registration certificate (if applicable)
- Photocopy of Passport
- Drivers licence details
