Let me down on the day,via text, claiming the van had broken down. Hadn't contacted the collection point, so they were unaware, said he'd keep me updated and didn't, I had to keep chasing. In the end cancelled the Job and had to hire someone else at short notice! Poor communication. |

Let me down on the day. Stating that transport had broken down. Very difficult to get any answers from him. Did not do the job as it needed doing on the day it was booked. I ended up paying someone else to do the job. Very disappointed and frustrated. I travelled 200miles to collect a car and arranged for the transport to collect it and he let me down. |
