Extra charge maybe incurred for more items than stated on your listing.
It is customers responsibility to check that items fit into the new place. Extra charge will apply dismantling and assembling.

2 months ago this company moved our furniture and caused a rip in the arms of one of our sofas. We have been trying since then to resolve this. They are VERY hard to get in contact with - I have sent text messages, called and left messages, emailed and contacted via facebook but although they promised (after a month of trying to speak with them) to get the insurance sorted out we are still no further forward. They have not responded to me since 14th February. I am so frustrated. This is unacceptable customer service. |

Kovas and his partner were excellent in every respect. They accurately informed us as to when they would be arriving. And they carried out the job with the utmost efficiency and took good care of the furniture that they were moving. They were extremely polite and helpful and nothing was too much trouble.
