We are a North East based company delivering locally, regionally and nationally, offering the highest levels of customer service derived from years of delivering high quality to our customers.
Our aim is to provide a fast, reliable, courteous and cost effective delivery solution throughout the UK. Please review our feedback to show the high level of customer service we deliver.
We endeavour to operate pick up and delivery same day. However if you require these on different days we have secured storage for your items at no extra cost for a maximum of 7 days. Storage after that time will carry an additional charge.
Our bid is for driver and vehicle. Where a second person is required this must be notified before the bid is accepted.
When we bid for a job it is based on the information you supply so if it is inaccurate we reserve the right to refuse the load if the goods to be transported are majorly in excess of that on the original bid process.
Additional items can be accommodated post bid but may incur additional costs.
We will be as flexible as possible as our aim is to get your goods to their location as speedily and safely as possible.
Here at AnyVan, we recognise the importance of finding a reliable company hence the reason for the Certified Badge found on their profile page.
The other star ratings are all determined by the number of successful jobs with a compulsory minimum of 95% feedback:
- Bronze Certified
= 20 - 70 successful jobs - Silver Certified = 71 - 250 successful jobs
- Gold Certified
= 250+ successful jobs

To become an Accredited transport provider we ask our users to present one of the following pieces of documentation to further verify themselves.
- Copy of Goods in Transit Insurance certificate
- Company Registration certificate (if applicable)
- UK VAT registration certificate (if applicable)
- Photocopy of Passport
- Drivers licence details
