I had the most shocking experience with Kie Services, Leicester operated by owner Baz which turned out to be a scam. Baz and his friend turned up 2 hours late complaining of rush hour traffic. After our initial brief, I felt positive when Baz informed me that the items to be moved would take 3 trips and he would specially do an extra trip for my fragile items separately. Distance of the move was only 2 miles. During the first loading the two men appeared very unprofessional and inexperienced in this type of work as they struggled to remove items out of the house. They kept on taking a break after every 10 mins to have a cigarette outside instead of getting on with the job at hand. They caused much damage to walls, door frames and entrance door, all of which I had to later repair on my own expense.
After the first loading,I noticed the van was half empty, yet they closed up and proceeded to make the first trip. Luckily I jumped in with them and directed them to the new location. Items were removed and placed into the new house which took time and again several breaks were taken. On our journey back after reaching I jumped out of the van and Baz asked me where they could find a ' hot meal' ...I was surprised as this was unexpected. I said they could get something on the Dudley Road just round the corner and Baz informed me they would be back in 20 mins. I went inside and waited and waited. An hour later, I got a text message saying that their van radiator fan was not working and they had to get it fixed. Again I waited and waited. Baz sent a text message saying that he was sorry but the job would have to be completed the next day. I replied to the text and asked for a confirmation and start time. I sent several messages and tried calling requesting the same but received no reply, instead I got an answering machine each time. All of which I still have recorded in my phone.

Before the job,Baz had insisted that I pay the full 90 pounds into their account which I did. I trusted this service, it was my first time using anyvan.com...

I was left abandoned with the job incomplete by scammers who took my money and ran off!! I had to find and pay another company to finish the job! I can't begin to tell you my disgust at such criminals who have no morals or scruples, they made false promises and stole from me.

Please follow up and investigate, I would not want this to happen to someone else. They should be blacklisted from your list altogether. I would appreciate your advice and assistance on how I can get my money back from them...I look forward to hearing from you.
