This was a no show after quote was accepted almost 4 week ago from 'JustinBB'. No phone, text or apology. I was left stranded in Bristol with a sofa and foot stool to get all the way Clevedon on a saturday morning at 8.30. Really disappointing. I text and rang the number I was given which just went through to voicemail. I would not recommend Anyvan to anyone. Luckily I manage to find a man with a van (lovely guy) last minuet who saved the day! Which I will be using again and recommending to all I know. I have to add when I called Anyvan I didn't even receive an apology from them either and basically wash their hands of the situation as if it was nothing to do with them. |

The driver made an arrangement with me, texted me to change it and then changed it again without letting me know. I had to phone my parents who are in their 80's and get them back to the house within 5 minutes as he had turned up on their doorstep 7 hours earlier than arranged. He did however deliver the goods safely. |
