- Copy of Goods in Transit Insurance certificate
- Company Registration certificate (if applicable)
- UK VAT registration certificate (if applicable)
- Photocopy of Passport
- Drivers licence details

Terrible service, never order from this person, full of lying all the time. Messed with me one day and then did the same in the morning even promised he will do the same. This person was banned from anyvan, I hope it's true! Don't use as you will be in trouble more then anything. Trying to give stupid excuses, trying to make you feel sorry for him saying about he is young and with kids , ecc.. I had to postponed a lot of work, very dissapointed. |

DO NOT USE THIS COURIER. They delivered a bunk bed and mattresses to me and ripped one of the mattresses - this was substantial damage as the tear was over half the mattresses length. They did not admit to the damage and actually demanded a tip. When I discovered the damage the next day I contacted them for compensation as they are supposed to be insured for the goods they carry , but despite repeat attempts to contact them they have never got in touch to resolve this matter. I would strongly recommend you avoid them and use another courier. |
