despite many telephone messages and texts Johans55 did not contact me and Anyvan advised me that due to customer complaints he was no longer operating via Anyvan. I had to get a local person to help me move, at a greater cost but I had no choice. I definitely would not recommend him and I am surprised ANYvan has sent on this feedback request given they told me he was no longer a member. |

These people didn't even turn up on the day booked. I tried phoning and texting and was ignored. I had to contact Anyvan for help and ended up having to get someone else to do the move 8 hours later. Do not use these people. |

Due to move 2nd August I have had no response to 2 emails sent this week and left a voicemail. Having read recent reviews I am very concerned anyone will show up! I have sent an email to inform I am cancelling this job and have booked a reliable removal company. I would most defiantly not recommend this person! |

I moved from a first floor apartment to a ninth floor apartment. The guys turned up on time and worked very hard, they were efficient polite and helpful, they did the job in a lot less time than I had expected and put everything where I asked them to put it, I would happily use them again. |
