We are a nationwide transport /removal provider with over 20 years experience offering the highest service which provides a Safe and Secure transport solution to both Business and Private customers. Our Drivers have an extensive knowledge of the UK road network and each vehicle is equipped to provide for the safe loading of most items. In addition specialist handling equipment is available for the transport of specific items e.g. Motorbikes, Pianos etc.. Goods are normally picked up between same day to 3 days after a booking is accepted with delivery within 48 hours. Other arrangements e.g. Short term storage, Express Delivery can be accommodated if required by the customer. We will be in contact within 24 hours of a successful bid and the driver will maintain contact with you throughout the delivery process.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. There was limited contact and on the day of the pick up they never showed up or answered their phone. We were left stranded with the buyers waiting outside our house to move in. Very stressful experience and extremely poor customer service. This company should not be avoided at all costs. |

Never use this company - I was getting my kitchen removed in to storage and accepted this quote. So they fully understood the job I met with him first to show him the kitchen and explain that he would work in conjuction with the guys taking the kitchen out to bubble wrap and load on to the van - a chain gang - he seemed happy and this was no problem. I phoned to confirm 4 days before as I started to notice negative feedback that he was still ok for doing the job at which point he assured me he would be there. On the day he was due to arrive at 10 am - I even checked in at 8.30 to make sure he was running on time as it was so important my kitchen was removed immediately to storage to which he assured me he was and would see me soon. After that I never heard from him again his phone was switched off and the office never answered. My kitchen was slowing getting dumped in my garden and of course it started to rain. I have had the most horrific experience and stress and will be looking in to pursuing this matter further as there is no way a company should be allowed to trade on this site who are doing this to clients and I will expose him locally as he visited my house and still agreed to do the job and went through everything with me and to speak an hour before due and not turn up or be in touch is disgusting. You cannot go to this guy and legally I will be looking in to loss of earnings and expenses for what he has done. |

Removal was only arranged 2 days before so at first I found it hard to confirm time with Jazz . On the day though driver Tazz and 2 young men appeared. These 2 young men were great quick and efficient. Sorry I did not ask them their names? |

This was a bit of a mixed bag. I had underestimated the amount that I would need to move but we were also waiting for our delivery man for 4 hours. We ended up paying additional money for the extra stuff but we provided 4 people to help with the boxes and we all had to sit around for 4 hours waiting for their arrival. I am not sure if this all balanced out in the end. However, the man and his helper were very friendly and efficient in the end. |

Jazz and Calum were amazing. Excellent communication before and throughout the move. They handled our furniture very carefully but worked very quickly and efficiently to safely load and unload everything. We are delighted with the work they done for us and definitely will use them again in the future. |

Over 2 hours late which made the whole chain late in moving, and my son late for work. 3 guys turned up, not sure why one of them was there, the other two were helpful enough...when told what to do. |
