The job was to move one Motorbike 125 cc (That is a small bike, not heavy at all) For my surprise when we arrived at the destination and opened the back of the van, the bike was dropped on the floor. It does not matter how nice the guy was and how polite he was, the fact is that it was so poorly strapped! A failed job! I give it Neutral and not Negative because, communication and punctuality where good, and this person was very apologetic. Of course that doesn't erase all the small marks my otherwise spotless bike got. I possibly use the services of this person again because I'm pretty sure it was a hard lesson, no doubt unintended and my guess is he will never allow that to happen again. |
