Due to circumstances they could not turn up on the day specified and did not provide any information to us until we phoned on the day. No replacement service provided and so left to get a last minute solution costing us a lot of money. Expecting to receive our deposit back at some point. |

Good job, well done. Timely collection from 2nd floor flat, despite broken lift. Delivery at 2 locations, a bit delayed, but ok as I was flexible on delivery time (and 250 mile distance on a Friday with delivery address difficult to find can't be easy).
