Although new to any van, we're highly experienced. When accepting our services you also accept our terms and conditions.

Terms and conditions:
1. All of our prices are based on one man & van, calling for additional manpower can be added but at additional cost.
2. Please leave any boxes in the hallway/front of the property.
3. If quantity of boxes is not listed, we will cover for 20 max more boxes will be charged at an additional cost.
4. Payment must be made to us on the day or this will result in your items being held in storage.
5. Non payment on the day will result in a £30 per day fee (inc weekends) that the items are held in storage.
6. If you have more items than mentioned the price will be renegotiated.
7. If we cannot find adequate parking, & the customer is not ready to pay the price of the car park or ticket fee then we hold the right to cancel the job.
8. If the distance between where the van is parked to the entrance of the property (15 meters or more) or there are stairs that have not already been mentioned this may result in extra charges.
9. 

If your advert does not specify a specific floor we will presume it is ground level, the price will vary if it isn’t ground floor. Please let us know if there is a lift available.
10. If there is a delay, we will charge £20 for every hour of the delay, for example: signing documents to new property/receiving keys.
11. We cannot be held responsible for events or circumstances that are beyond our control, for example: breakdowns, accidents, weather conditions or major traffic delays etc…
12. We do not make payments of items on your behalf - we have the right to cancel the job if the item we have been hired to collect something that has not already paid for.
13. It is your responsibility to make sure your items fit into your property. We do not remove doors or windows.
14. Dismantling or assembling items are not included in the price, unless it has been negotiated prior to us taking the job.
15. A cancellation fee (60% of the price agreed) will occur if the job is cancelled within the 48 hour period before the job has taken place.
