About Me
Hi there, we have been established since 2004 and we are based in South East London. We cover ALL London and Croydon postcodes, in addition to long distance journeys.
We provide Courier services, Man & Van, Home and Office removal services.
We are fully insured and have £25,000 Goods in transit. If we have the space available, you can travel with us AT NO EXTRA COST.
Our Vans have Satellite Navigation, Removal blankets, Removal trolleys, straps and covers for fragile items.
** TERMS AND CONDITIONS**
Please confirm your date, time and floor levels before accepting our quote, so that we can ensure that the time slot you require is still available.
All bids (unless stated otherwise) are based on ground floor to ground floor with 1 Man to provide full assistance with loading and unloading for a maximum of 2 hours and will require assistance with larger items, that require 2 people. We can provide more than 1 person if required, for an extra cost.
Please confirm if more than 1 Man is required before accepting our bid. If prearranged, we are happy to deliver to higher than the ground floor, stay longer, dismantle and assemble items. (They will incur an extra charge if not arranged before accepting our quote)
We will contact you via email / phone/ text to confirm, once we have received your booking.
Our quotes are based on your item list that you provide. Additional costs will be charged for excessive (more than 3 - 5) additional items (bags/boxes), that are not included on your inventory
Please ensure suitable parking/permits are available. If we receive a fine in person or via camera, you must reimburse the driver within 24 hrs of being notified.
Your fragile/breakable items must correctly packed/boxed and protected for transportation, otherwise they will not be covered under our insurance.
Please ensure that all items fit in/out of normal entrances/exits. If they require dismantling please do so, We are happy to assist if pre arranged.
Our insurance only covers items in transit, please make sure you have appropriate insurance to cover your move.
Our agreed arrival time is an estimate. Delays may occur due to uncontrollable circumstances such as traffic/weather etc. We will always keep you updated, if we unable to arrive at our agreed time. We do not accept responsibility for any customer losses incurred due to such circumstances.

The other star ratings are all determined by the number of successful jobs with a compulsory minimum of 95% feedback:
- Bronze Certified
= 20 - 70 successful jobs - Silver Certified
= 71 - 250 successful jobs - Gold Certified = 250+ successful jobs

- Copy of Goods in Transit Insurance certificate
- Company Registration certificate (if applicable)
- UK VAT registration certificate (if applicable)
- Photocopy of Passport
- Drivers licence details
