We had agreed a specific date for the pick up and delivery of my items (from Liverpool to Germany) and I made travel arrangements accordingly. After accepting the bid I tried to get in contact with the company via several email messages and countless phone calls. I even contacted anyvan who also had no luck in getting hold of Josh. Finally after a week I received a message that informed me that they would not be able to do the job due to financial difficulties. I am really sorry about this situation, but surely this was already obvious before I accepted the bid? And even if not, why would it take a week to answer and tell me this when I had told them that I had made travel arrangements (not cheap) and started the process of cancelling my storage place?
I was seriously lucky that one of the bidders (fast58) I had been in contact with earlier was still interested. Communication with him is absolutely great and we are finding a way to get my things delivered without me loosing too much money. I do hope that the financial situation will get better again for JRM12, but really cannot recommend them - especially because of the bad communication!
