1)It's customer's responsibility to_arrange_parking_permits_or_any_ payments_required for our vehicle(s) and if_we receive any_parking fine due_to no permit or payments will_be paid by_the customer also our quote doesn't include Congestion charge.
2)We know_the_customer(s) cannot_provide the total number of_boxes_until_the_packing_is done but at least provide_us the right_number of bulky_items.
3)Please let_us know about_the sizes of your_fridge/freezer, wardrobes, cabinets or any_other awkward_items so we_can place a_bid with more man_power to load/unload.
4)Our quotes_are based on_your ''ANYVAN'' listings_and on_the day if_you have_more than what_was listed then_we reserve the_rights to charge extra_fee or refuse_to transport item_if there is_not enough space in_the van but we_can bargain for_the second trip on_the day.
5)Please_make_sure that all_of your_items fit in the_new House/Flat and it can_be_easily moved_through your doors or stairs, as_we are not_allowed to remove_your doors/windows or stair_panels.
6)Please_be patient while_we pack our_van(s) as we_need to cover each_and_every_single item to_avoid damages/scratches (so_you_can_use_them_again).
7)We try our_best to be at_collection & delivery points on_given times but_please allow_us 1/2 hour time_margin due to bad_traffic, breakdowns, accidents, etc.
8)If you_are not_happy with_our staff, Please_don't let_them continue and_contact with_us immediately.
9)It's customer's_responsibility_to keep bolts/screws, small bits and_pieces of_furniture safely_in a separate_box.
10)Once our_staff left your_premises we will not_be liable for_any damages or lost, so_please double check_all of your belongings and_then signs the delivery_note.
11)Any_cancellations within 48hrs will_be changed a £100 fee.
12)We will_charge £50 per_floor in_case if_different from the listed_ job. (This effects only if differ_from the_original listings.
13) we will charge £50 if rescheduling is needed.

1)No_responsibility will_be taken for_the goods/items that_are packed_in poor_quality boxes or bin_liners, Shopping_bags, Laundry_bags, also please make_sure that your_mattresses are covered_with polythene_protectors.
(We_can_provide_packing_material_for_extra_cost_on_the_day).
2)Only material_property up_to a value_of £20,000 that_has been damaged_during the_move will_be insured, excluding jewelry,_watches,_precious_metals,_stones,_deeds,_bonds, Bills of Exchange, Manuscripts and_other_documents.
3)If there_is_a_reasonable doubt_that damage_happened before_or after_the_time of_removals, No_damages/costs or expenses will_be paid.
4)There is_an excess_of £250 payable_by the_customer in_the event of a_claim being_made.
5)Insurance can_only be_claimed by_Us when a full_payment for the removal_service has_been received.
6)Our insurance does_not cover the Live_stock so make_sure you will_have your own_insurance to transport_them.
7)We_are only_responsible for what we_load into our_vehicles but No_responsibility will_be taken if_your are_using third party vehicles in_the very_same time.
