About Me

We are a small group of couriers that have been in the industry for the last 20 years , we have worked for numerous companies large and small.

All vehicles are fully insured and have sat-nav avaliable so your delivery will be conducted with complete communication via text message on pick up and delivery with advised delays whilst delivery is being completed , our aim is to ensure your shipment is completed as quick and hassle free as possible.

All goods will be covered in removal blankets where required and will be completely covered by our goods in transit insurance.

Our service is door to door. We will be happy to place items where requested, but please notify us in advance so we can allow adequate time and please be aware that we can take no responsibility for damage to goods or property whilst inside any properties.

If we are sent to an alternative ADDRESS then we reserve the right to charge an additional charge.

If SIZE/WEIGHT provided are incorrect or incomplete then we reserve the right to charge an additional fee, or refuse to transport the item if there is not enough space.

For specific times and dates please check availability before accepting our bid to avoid disappointment.

If there are any restrictions to access or parking please inform us before accepting our bid as this will not be included in the price provided.

Congestion Charge is not included in our provided price.

Unless stated we assume all collections and deliveries are ground floor related.

All furniture must be disassembled, disconnected and made ready prior to our collection.

Items containing non solid wood, glass or marble are sent 100% at your own risk of breakage. Glass / Mirrors can break in transit and are NOT insured as such so please ensure items are bubble wrapped or well packaged. (blankets will be provided where needed)

We understand you may forget to add certain items to your order, but please remember drivers decision is final on unadvised items.
