The guys came with a van far too small to fit everything in one go, although I did call them on Friday night, to inquire about their capabilities. And although they had full details about the job + photos of the goods to be moved, they asked for much more extra money. I offered 25% more to what we agreed, but they refused and went away. |

Very poor communication after acceptance of job. After stressing an exact time for the job Guyguy did not show up. I called up half an hour later and he claimed to have broken down. The job was not completed. |
