TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
* Once a bid is accepted, we will contact you by phone within 48 hours. If the job is urgent for the same day/next day, we shall contact you within 3 hours to confirm arrangements.
* Any jobs that are canceled/postponed within 72 hours of the date of the job will not incur a charge. However, if cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the job taking place, a charge of £100.00 would be applied.
* Is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the availability or have permission for parking, if our van receives a penalty charge is the customer's responsibility to reimburse the driver when payment is made
* You may incur extra charges if the actual amount of items on the day exceeds the number of items that were included in your quote. If you underestimate the quantity of your stuff the driver has the right to charge you more.
* Waiting time charge applies if any delays in delivery of your items. Charge depending on how long. £40 per hr.
* We always aim to complete our deliveries within the times specified. However, we cannot be held responsible for events or circumstances beyond our control (i.e. breakdown, accident, adverse weather conditions, major traffic delays, or customer delays, etc). If for any reason we are unable to complete your collection/delivery within the specified date/times, then we would contact you immediately and complete our deliveries at the soonest opportunity.
Our quotes do not include cc and ulez charges where applicable. Unless discussed prior to accepting job.
To become an Accredited transport provider we ask our users to present one of the following pieces of documentation to further verify themselves.
- Copy of Goods in Transit Insurance certificate
- Company Registration certificate (if applicable)
- UK VAT registration certificate (if applicable)
- Photocopy of Passport
- Drivers licence details
