- We are a UK dedicated removals company fully insured to courier your items. We provide a great professional service with prices to match, by planning our routes and fitting your jobs in and around the areas we are in at the time. We're making it cost effective for us and saving you money along the way.
Terms and Conditions:
* We cannot be held responsible for delays or non completion of jobs caused by circumstances outside of our control i.e. weather, major traffic delay, customer delays, accidents etc. If this happens we will contact you immediately and aim to deliver at the earliest possible time.
* We require a full inventory list with the estimated value and total weight. The price is based on the volume, weight and value. Any additional items or weight will be subject of additional charges.
* If we have to wait more than 30 minutes at either collection or delivery address then a waiting charge of £20 per 30 minutes will be charged
* Please Pack your goods properly, as insurance not covers improper packing loads. Liability for damage as a result of poor packaging by the Client cannot be taken.
* Please check your goods upon arrival, after signing off the delivery note the damage claims will not be taken into consideration.
* Please also check to provide parking space for the pick up and delivery. Any fees or charges for parking or congestion charge zone ( if not specified in listing) are to be covered by the customer.
* Please note that the driver Only assist with loading and unloading. Frequently driver will need your help with loading and unloading big staff.
* The payment can be made in cash, Bank transfer or PayPal ( subject to +3% for the PayPal fees).
Payment is required after each pick up on the same day.
* Any cancellations occurring in less than 48 hours prior to pick-up may be subject to a cancellation fee.
* The cancellation of the job in the last day may be subject of 60% cancellation change from the total price.

Didn't get in touch until late on the day before the job and was a bit unorganised. He ended up overcharging me which I didn't think was fair. GITinsur I'm so sorry to hear that from you. Your job was listed with a fixed collection/delivery date and time ( collection in the morning with delivery in afternoon) and your last message saying that "We can speak later on in the week to finalise the details" but you didn't contact me. I contact you just with one day before, because for me was very clear what I have to do. I sent you an message with a precise collection time and we agreed on the phone the collection/delivery time. In the collection morning I should wait more than one hour as the storage opening was later than you said and nobody waiting for me as you said. I extra charged you for waiting ( and I charged you just for half an hour) and for the extra items was not in your list and I made an reduction than normally. You should read the Terms and Conditions finding in my profile and you can see that I've never done anything unprofessional. |
