We are a family run business with over 45 years of experience in the removal trade specialising in office, household and international moves including removals of fine art,pianos and antiques.
We can move anything from single items to complete houses/offices throughout the country, including Europe with our network of vehicles. All vehicles are fully insured, have blankets, ties and always have experienced drivers and porters
Our teams are all hard working and are customer focused at all times. All members have been DBS checked.
We operate a 24/7 business

WARNING WARNING WARNING WARNING, STAY AWAY FROM HIM AND SAVE YOUR SELF A HEADACHE. I have book collection with this guy call him self mike, he is Michael, I was very straight forward with him as when i want the goods to be picked up and delivered as well. He is suppose to collect them from london to a Currier who will be shipping them to over seas. told him clearly i cant missed this day, collect on thursday the 13 and has to be delivered on friday as the goods has to be shipped on saturday, he was quick at message back and forward. and agree to the job.An as soon as i booked it i found him ignoring my messages an i became anxious. the next day i call him to confirm and sort out the rest of the payment a woman pick up the phone took my details and they never got back to me. the delivery day as my collection was set for 12:00 pm, at 11:00 i call his mobile again no answer, called the main line only to be greeted by a screaming baby, again the woman took my details and they will text me 30 minutes in advance before arrival, it never happen. comes after 12:00pm call and text no answer. message him he replay back saying if you look on your booking form say 14:00, not 12:00. I say to my self he he stupid or something as it say clearly on the message 12:00 i did no bother to response as it is only two hours away. comes past 14:00 he text to say his van has broken down, no calls or email. now i am £500, out of pocket for the international shipping. At 17:00 as i did not hear anything i send him a text saying get ready to be famous as i am going on the social media. he respond immediately saying the van is still broken down. But when are you really going to communicate, I have to keep on chasing him. check on his feed back and i come across the van been broken down my heart sank. My whole day got wasted by him, lost £500 with the international Currier. He just walk away silence . Very bad communicator. STAY AWAY FROM HIM. BOOK HIM YOU WILL REGRET . |
