I am not part of a hub or network.
This way you are assured of personal service and attention
On accepting our estimate You the Customer understand and accept following terms and conditions:
* If not agreed other our bid is for one man service / help to load and unload must be provided.
* Delivery on ground to ground basis, unless agreed with us, we do not mind couple of stairs for light items.
Van has sack truck & a fitted wide ramp
* Please have Your goods wrapped accordingly. Otherwise we do not take any liability for damage.
* Free blanket cover provided.
* Goods must be ready for collection and good access must be provided.
* There is a charge of 15 pounds for every 30 minutes waiting time.
* We do not dismantle or fix anything unless agreed and paid for.
* We take payments on delivery or payments in front. If You pay by bank transfer all due must be cleared before unloading.
* Once You have accepted a quote we will be in contact within 24 hours and after collection will advice day and slot of delivery.
* We give morning , afternoon and evening slots only.
* All jobs will be carried out within less than 7 days
* Please be patient and understand it is economy delivery and day of delivery may change which we will always confirm by text or call.
* By flexible terms You the customer understand You will be available to take a delivery any day of a week.
If You are not flexible and request certain dates or times for Your delivery please contact us to check availability for a dedicated van, this service is charged £1.25 per loaded mile.
Customer is required to provide full name, address & contact telephone number for collection AND delivery so please make sure You fill all relevant information.
Job will not be booked otherwise and deposit to Anyvan may be lost.
