Gary took myself, my two cats, some pieces of furniture, plants and luggage from Newcastle upon Tyne to Granada in Spain. Gary was excellent from start to finish - great communication on the AnyVan site, and also after accepting the quote he very patiently answered all my questions and eased my worries about the move, both over email and over the phone. He helped me to load and unload, no questions asked - I'm not the biggest girl in the world and he happily helped me with the heavy lifting on both ends of the journey. Better still, he made the journey fun, with his warm personality and funny stories, and what was an incredibly stressful time for me was made so much easier in his company. The journey went without a hitch, smooth sailing the whole way, and even though I almost buckled under the stress at the end, Gary reassured me and kept me upbeat. I would highly recommend Gfr8ltd for any kind of move, great price, excellent service. I can't thank you enough Gary :) |
