1. I will need help with lifting on collection/delivery
2. Any waiting for any reason may cost a fee
3. JDC have the right to refuse a collection if the dimensions and description are different than stated on the original booking...so please make sure we have all of the correct information
4. Our bid is based on ground floor to ground floor and on easy access to property if no information provided by customer.
5. It is the customers responsibility to pre-packed or bubbble wrap all items and ready to load before we arrive.
6. It is the customers responsibility to arrange parking permits or any parking payments.
7. Additional charges if the driver has to pay for parking while loading/unloading waiting.
8. You will incur extra charges if the actual amount of items on the day exceeds the amount of items that were on your quote before accepting our offer. A couple of boxes more may not cause a problem, however if you have under-estimated your items ,depending on the amount of items, size, weight and time taken to load them, the driver will add an extra charge.
We also reserve the right to limit the amount of goods to the amount quoted in the booking. We Operate Within Seven Collection/Delivery Windows As Follows:

The other star ratings are all determined by the number of successful jobs with a compulsory minimum of 95% feedback:
- Bronze Certified
= 20 - 70 successful jobs - Silver Certified
= 71 - 250 successful jobs - Gold Certified = 250+ successful jobs

- Copy of Goods in Transit Insurance certificate
- Company Registration certificate (if applicable)
- UK VAT registration certificate (if applicable)
- Photocopy of Passport
- Drivers licence details
