The boys were fantastic! Went above and beyond and helped at every step of the way. The van was spacious and clean, with plenty of blankets for wrapping should you need it. They unloaded as a team and got the entire job done in about three hours. I was very happy with their service and would definitely recommend them. |

I bought a fridge freezer on ebay and booked these guys. Very poor communication and chaotic delivery. Failed to turn up on time on agreed day without contacting both sides- neither seller or buyer (me) . Seller called them as it was getting late and they agreed with a seller to collect the fridge following day between 6 and 7 pm without checking with me ( buyer) if I was at home to have it delivered . They came next day but 1 h EARLIER- once again without contacting both parties - luckily both seller and we were at home. All communication was done bewteen me and seller who luckily was kind enough to inform me about their plans. There was no communiation coming from the courrier whatsoever. One piece was lost and I emailed them to ask if perhaps it was lost on the way or was in their van - I have received no reply. |

Excellent service, definitely would recommend using GM_UK again. They arrived 10 minutes early, they were very fast in responding to my messages before accepting the job & confirming the meeting times the day before. I didn't have to do any of the lifting as the service had two delivery men on the job. They brought me from in the van from the pick to the delivery point and there was no delay picking up other jobs. The guys were extremely friendly & professional and so I left them tip in addition to the price we had arranged. I was very impressed and they are definitely recommended. |
