Had arranged for him to come on Thurs at 9.30, when i called him at 9.45, he explained his van had broken down and he was without all his numbers....so far so plausible. He texted me later to tell me he was back on the road, and we rearranged for Fri at 12. At 12.20, he calls me, saying he's on his way, and should be about 10 mins...so we waited, and waited, and waited. At 13.45, after various texts where he was unspecific about his location and promised to be there soon, i called him and demanded to know exactly where he was, and how long he was going to be. He confessed he was 1 hr 5 mins from my house acording to his sat-nav, meaning if i'd have bothered to wait around he would have been 3 hours late, and 2 1/2 hours after he told me he was 10 mins away. Instead, i decided i had a life to lead, and told him to forget it. In conclusion DO NOT USE THIS VAN MAN! |
