Due to some challenges in receiving our money at the delivery points, henceforth, it's indeed cash on collection please.
To become an Accredited transport provider we ask our users to present one of the following pieces of documentation to further verify themselves.
- Copy of Goods in Transit Insurance certificate
- Company Registration certificate (if applicable)
- UK VAT registration certificate (if applicable)
- Photocopy of Passport
- Drivers licence details

These guys were incredibly rude and unprofessional. They arrived 4 HOURS LATE, after many half baked excuses. They were rude, arrogant and unpleasant. They tried to charge me extra, claiming I had more stuff than in the job description (which was untrue). They got hooted at by other drivers for their terrible driving, which was frankly dangerous. I felt unsafe in the van with them. |

Bid on the job at 6am on the morning of the job, accepted at 9am - was then phoned at 10am to say the driver was AWOL and at 12 to confirm he was in Glasgow and would not make it and to contact anyvan for a refund. Huge amount of unnecessary stress and still find it difficult to see how they could not have foreseen the inability to complete the job given it was arranged only hours beforehand. |
