We ensure that your delivery is safe with us up till delivery point
You are required to always confirm date and time before accepting our bid.
We try as possible to be flexible with time.We go extra length to stick to time of pickup and delivery. however we have no control over situation on the road kindly leave room for delays in terms of our arrival time.
Fragile items are not covered by our insurance however due to good customer relationship and at your risk coupled with our careful handling of the item in the van you may add it!

Was nice enough until we got to the property then complained the entire time that my room was on the top floor and had no stairs, so was so unimpressed I had to tell him to leave my things on the halfway landing and then I would move the rest myself. I think some level of professionalism is needed for this guy when dealing with difficult situations. |

The driver showed up with a van that was a too small for all the inventory I listed. Cant say whether this was intentional or not. We quickly worked out a new rate that was fair to both of us. Driver was very friendly and honest. Have used many other drivers in the past that are reluctant to work but this driver was very helpful. As it was just my wife and I moving, we couldnt have done it without him. |
