Definitely avoid! having arranged pickup time and date and even receiving a text from him on the day confirming he was able to do the job, he failed to turn up leaving me in a difficult situation. No call, no text and no response to any of my attempts at contacting him. He eventually text me following evening, asking to reschedule.... no thanks! |

No show despite confirmation he was coming earlier in the day. Wasn't answering phone calls and left us in a very tricky situation. Wouldn't answer his phone and only replied when we said he wasn't needed. Offered a very low quote and probably regretted it after! |

Avoid. Arranged to pick up sofa with the seller at around 2pm, so the seller took a half day to be around for it. Phoned me to let me know the driver wasnt there when arranged, so I called and he said he was on his way. 5.30 I get a message from the seller saying the driver has said he cant make it today - and now the driver is avoiding my calls and hasnt been in contact since. |

Totally unreliable. Did not respond to phone call messages or text messages and when I did get through promised to call the seller and myself but didn't. Said he had emailed but hadn't. Left me high and dry and put me in a very embarrassing situation. I would therefore definitely NOT recommend them. |

communication was almost zero and the driver failed to turn up on three separate occasions .in the end I had to hire a van at much more expense as the seller was moving house .I wonder how many tax free deposits this van driver you recommend steals in this way. |
