I had a few issues with dates, despite making sure with company I needed to have the items on exact days, the company started to change dates and it took me a lot of back and forward communication to make them understand, dates could not be moved. I finally got my items on time, but after too much hassle. They already picked my stuff when dates were moved by the company and so I could do anything, at the end, I got my things on time. |

Also in the same situation to many people listed here. Had my item collected at the end of august and since then cannot make contact by phone or email. Have also tried to get anyvan involved as surely they have an actual address for him when he registers on their site but they have assured me that he will make the deliveries, he's just behind die to an accident in spain. It strikes me as weird that his email and phone should be somehow cut off though, also not impressed by the lack of involvement from anyvan. Avoid him! |

Do not under any circumstances use this man. I have had over £500 worth of items stolen and over £500 worth of damage to items that have been delivered. His driver fell asleep at the wheel, crashed the van and caused the damage to my items. Items have been stolen, whether in UK or Spain I do not know. He passed the collection to another company, who picked up the damaged items in Seville and delivered to me. Neither Gareth Williams nor Nathan Edinburgh will speak to me. I have been trying for weeks to contact them. The police are involved and I will take this to court if necessary. AnyVan will not help, they say we have to claim through DWilliam insurance - how can I if I cant make contact with them? Feel AnyVan is no use at all and will never use them again and would certainly not recommend them to anyone. |

This man vanished into thin air after I had accepted his quote. He caused a great deal of inconvenience, and I could not possibly recommend him. |

Our goods were collected as requested, however de to a family bereavement we had to delay delivery, this did not cause a problem, the guys were great they stored our stuff until we could arrange for someone to be available to take delivery, and then kept us and our contact updated throughout, ue to this experience we will definitely use dwilliam again. |

My kitchen units and fitting part collected on 1st September and balance on 8th September, as van not big enough. Since that time, cannot contact Williams by e mail, nor by mobile telephone, and am now in Spain. It is 24th September and have not received delivery, nor made any contact. Yesterday reported the matter to Hampshire Police, and have a crime number !!. Can you advise ifyou have had any contact with Gareth Williams lately. Fred Massey |

BEWARE of this so called firm.Do not use if you want to lose everything,My goods have been stolen. I am returning to the UK from Spain to find this thief,with the help of the police. My goods are valued at several thousand pounds so D WILLIAMS or GARETH WILLIAMS beware. THE POLICE WILL FIND YOU !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |
