This carrier told me an astonishing array of lies to mislead me into believing I was dealing with an honourable carrier whom I was entrusting to transport goods of historic value.

After the initial very reasonable contact with them, they failed to contact me on the day as promised - and did not respond to subsequent email or text messages. Attempts to telephone them met with an answer service.

If this carrier had thought better about my job and realised they didn't want to do it - or needed a better price- they could have let me know that in advance rather than simply not arriving.

For the above reasons, I will be issuing a County Court Summons against dta2u for Breach of Contract.

Although I have requested the contact details for the Carrier from Anyvan (two days ago), they also have made no reply.

This is the truth of the matter as described. Let the reader be warned.

if you get any quote from this company turn it down they will leave you in the shit as they have done with others

Only communication I have had was when he accepted the bid. Item was not picked up or delivered and my messages to check what is going on or when it might be picked up have been ignored. Steer well clear of this company they are unreliable, and a waste of your time.
