RP Logistics Terms and Conditions

ON ACCEPTANCE OF OUR BID/QUOTE YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:

1. We reserve a right to refuse jobs accepted without prior check regarding availability!
2. The description, quantity, weight and dimensions of the consignment must match that of your listing.
Any goods over and above will be carried where space permits. But extra cost will occur and it will be included in the final invoice.
3. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure we have accurate information regarding number of floors involved in a collection or delivery. Additional charges may be added if the information is not correct.
4. It is customers responsibility to make sure our removal vans will have space to park , any parking fines or congestion charges will have to be paid for by the customer.
5. Please note that dismantling or assembling furniture services, disconnecting or reconnecting appliances, fittings or equipment do not include in our quotation. And if it is not agreed otherwise, the extra cost will occur and it ill be included in the final invoice.
6. Job cancellation with less than 48 hours notice will incur a cancellation fee - 50% from the amount included in the job agreement, but not less than £30 which must be transferred to our bank account within 24 hours.
7. We charge £50 extra for each hour of delay ( if You are late to come to collection/ delivery place, while you get the keys to your new property or sorting any other things).
8. Payments for the jobs should be done by bank transfer before the delivery or in CASH on delivery, but it has to be AGREED in written form IN ADVANCE!!!
9. Please ensure all goods are packed for transport inc furniture. We do not take any responsibility for unpacked or poorly packed items.
10. All damages/missing items must be advised on delivery and marked on the delivery note and all evidences must be provided not later than 24 hours after delivery in a written form, otherwise we will not accept a claim.
